Was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly this process went.   Carpeted condo basement flooded, discovered at midnight, not cool. Left a message and by 9am the SERVPRO guys were there assessing the damage and by 10am they had the drying equipment set up and running. I was not sure what to expect but Mike was A+ professional, awesome, a great communicator. Everyone they brought to help, including Bill who pinch-hit for Mike over the weekend, was easy to talk to. They explain things in terms you can understand and do a thorough job without overcharging or suggesting unnecessary services.  Would absolutely call them again, but I hope I don't have to!

We had a minor disaster at our house.  Our entire ceiling fell in due to shoddy construction 40 years ago.  I called SERVPRO of Downers Grove / Oak Brook and they were here within two hours to carry everything out and came back the next morning to clean up.  When the construction was done they came back to completely clean and sanitize everything.  I couldn't be more pleased with their timely and courteous response.  They dealt directly with our insurance company.  I highly recommend their services.
